Series? This edition, we really like to splash out! The limited Supernova Series offers two iconic paint schemes to choose from.

Your Sputnik Supernova is designed, built and assembled from scratch in our workshop because every rider has its own perfect fit. The frame geometry is made to fit the owner’s riding style and is built by hand to perform in a way that you have not experienced before.

Orders are limited to keep the quality and service high.

This editions' colors are based on the 90's iconic paint schemes. As we are celebrating Sputniks' 5th anniversary, this time you may choose from two options: Supernova and Supernova Iced. Your Sputnik, Your Choice.

Campagnolo EKAR - The new reference

A 1x13 drivetrain with 38, 40, 42 or 44 chainring and plenty of choice in the rear: 9-36, 9-42 or a 10-44 cassette. Oh, and did we mentions EKAR's brakes are fantastic? Braking is confidence-inspiring with loads of power and excellent modulation.

Each individual Sputnik is made to measure. That means a whole lot more than just getting your bars and saddle in the right position. Based on your riding style, typical use and personal preferences, we design and build your Sputnik from scratch to give you the ultimate riding experience.

  • Frame

    Made to measure with full custom geometry

    It's a unique experience to really feel one with your bike. This not only requires your bike to fit like a glove but also the geometry needs to be targeted to your intended use. If your Sputnik is going to be your off-road companion, its geometry will be designed differently compared to one that is designed for both on- and off-road use. So, it is important for us to know your intended use!

    If you don't have recent bikefitting data, we offer optional bikefitting sessions together with our partner Pedaalkracht to get you on the bike perfectly.

    Carefully selected tubing from Columbus and Dedacciai combined with in-house produced head tube, thru-axle dropouts, custom bent seat stays and St Joris' 3D printed disc brake mount make for a rock solid frame to endure your adventures.

    Details count. To give the bike that clean and sleek look, we go the extra mile to put your hydraulics fully internal. This makes your bike's hydraulics are safe and reliably shielded from external impacts. Oh, and it helps when cleaning your bike after a ride.

  • Groupset

    1x13 Campagnolo Ekar

    Campagnolo has not been the first to introduce gravel specific groupsets, but after a slow start, you might say that they have definitely caught up their competitors with their Ekar groupset! Aesthetics is not its only strong feature. The ergonomics of the shifters are superb and its brake feel and control is phenomenal! It comes in a 1x13 configuration with plenty of choice regarding chainrings and cassettes.

  • Headset

    Chris King Matte Black

    No concessions made. A Sputnik comes with a headset that matches the lifetime of the frame: Chris King Inset i8 in Matte Black. Simple as that.

  • Bottom bracket

    T47

    No pressfit for Sputnik! A Sputnik comes standard with a T47 bottom bracket. A game changer, oversized and creak-free due to its 47 mm threads.

  • Cockpit & Seatpost

    Choose your buildkit

    We've different build kits to choose from.

    Buildkit A: An understated kit with a selection of DEDA components and ergonomic FSA handlebar. Upgrades are available:

    Buildkit Light: Full DEDA Zero100 kit with road bars.

    Buildkit Light-G: Full DEDA Zero100 kit with gravel specific handlebars with a 6-degree flare.

    Buildkit ENVE: ENVE stem end seatpost combined with the latest ENVE SES AR handlebars.

  • Saddle

    Choose your favorite saddle

    As a standard feature, we offer a Fizik R5 or M5 series saddle with your Sputnik Supernova. But since saddles are as personal as frame fit and geometry, just name us your favorite saddle. Not sure about your saddle choice? Join the Sputnik bikefitting session and get some advice on it!

    Tufo

    TUFO has a long history in cyclocross racing. No wonder they are producing one of the finest tubeless gravel tire options nowadays. Your Sputnik Supernova comes with a set of TUFO tires, installed tubeless or with inner tubes - your choice. You can choose between different threads and colors.
